Flowgroup plc (AIM: FLOW), which develops and commercialises alternative and efficient energy technology products, announces that Henry Cialone, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Company that he has today purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at 39p per share. Following this transaction Henry Cialone is now beneficially interested in 344,692 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company comprising 0.14% of the issued share capital.
