Total Voting Rights

In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Flomerics Group PLC (the "Company") advises that at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital comprises 22,972,070 ordinary shares of one penny each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 22,972,070.

The above figure of 22,972,070 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
