2014 Annual Financial Report

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, Friends Life Group Limited (the "Company") announces that the 2014 Annual Report and Accounts of the Company have today been made available to shareholders and submitted to the UK Listing Authority via the National Storage Mechanism. The documents will be made available shortly for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

The material required by DTR 6.3 was contained in the Company's Final Results announcement issued this morning, 5 March 2015.
