Posting of Circular
fastjet, the low-cost African airline, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement at 7.00 a.m. on 21 November 2018, it has posted the Circular to Shareholders regarding, inter alia, an Open Offer of up to 417,160,154 Open Offer Shares at one penny per Open Offer Share, on the basis of 57 Open Offer Shares for every 10 Existing Ordinary Shares (as opposed to 411,440,871 Open Offer Shares as announced by the Company on Friday 16 November 2018 (the "16 November Announcement")). Assuming take-up in full of the Open Offer, the gross proceeds of the Open Offer shall be approximately £4.2 million (as opposed to £4.1 million as previously announced), being US$5.3 million. The ratio remains the same and there are no other consequences as a result of this change.
The Circular will also be made available on the Company's website www.fastjet.com.Â
