Falkland Islands Holdings plc, the AIM quoted international group which owns essential services businesses focused on retail, transport and logistics announces that it has been informed today that on 9th and 10th of January 2013 Jeremy Brade, a director of the Company, acquired 3,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") at 342 pence per share and two of his minor children, who are related parties of Mr. Brade, acquired 500 Shares at 341 pence per Share.

Following the acquisition, Mr. Brade holds directly 9,500 Shares and has an interest in a further 500 Shares held by his two minor children taking his total interest to 10,000 Shares representing 0.08% of the Company's 12,431,623 total voting rights.
