Fyffes PLC15 January 2007 Stock Exchange Announcement Notification of adjustment to share options held by directors Or 12 January 2007, the compensation committee of Fyffes plc, in accordance withthe rules of the company's Employee Share Option Scheme, approved the repricingof all outstanding share options to take account of the demerger of the Group'sGeneral Produce and Distribution business. In the case of certain optionsissued in March 2001, which expire in March 2011, the repricing adjustment wouldhave reduced the option price to below the nominal value of the shares. Thecompensation committee approved an adjustment to the number of such options forall holders in order to maintain the pre demerger value.
