Holdings in Company
The Company provides the following update in respect of the holdings in the Company. Following the issue of shares on 2 December 2015, the number of ordinary shares of 1p each (the "Ordinary Shares") in issue in the Company increased to 52,684,919.
As a result of the change in the number of shares in issue, the Company has been informed of the following changes.

***Adam Horne is the Life Tenant of a Trust of which First Island Trustees (Guernsey) Limited are the trustees.
Further, on 2 December 2015, the Company was notified that The Photo Distribution Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, as at that date, had a notifiable interest of 2,797,579 Ordinary Shares equating to 5.31% of the Company's current issued share capital following an acquisition of 625,000 Ordinary Shares.
In addition, the holding of Michael Reynolds has now dropped below 3% and is therefore no longer required to be disclosed.
