On 8 June 2012, the Company was notified that, following the issue by the Company of 20 million ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") on 29 May 2012, the 9,751,920 Shares held by Damille Partners Limited and Damille Partners II (which are both owned equally by the respective family interests of Rhys Davies and Brett Miller) now represent approximately 13.93 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
The percentage shown above is based on the Company's issued share capital of 70,000,000 Shares.
