In line with the strategic changes previously disclosed within the Company's recent financial reports, Kuala Limited announces that Bryan Smith has been appointed to the Board and the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
Bryan Smith has an interest in 500,332 ordinary shares of Kuala, representing approximately 1.82% of the Company's issued share capital, and, 3,752,408 Anti-Dilution Warrants in the Company, exercisable at 5p per ordinary share up to 28 May 2015 (the terms of which are set out in the Company's shareholder circular dated 20 October 2014).
