Ferguson plc Pilar López to step down as a Non Executive Director |
Ferguson plc announces that Pilar López has decided to step down as a Non Executive Director following more than five years' service. Pilar's resignation from the Board is a result of her increasing business commitments, including her recent appointment as a Non Executive Director of Inditex SA and will take effect from the end of this month.
Ferguson plc Chairman, Gareth Davis said:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Pilar for her considerable contribution to Ferguson over the past five years. I would like to take this opportunity to wish her well for the future."
