Directorship Change
The directors of Fenner PLC are saddened to announce that David Campbell died suddenly on 29th November 2010, David has been a non executive director of the Company and chairman of the Remuneration Committee since November 2005. His loss will be deeply felt by everyone who worked with David in the Company and he will be much missed. Our thoughts go out to his family and friends at this very sad time.
In the interests of Board continuity, David Buttfield has agreed to stay on as Senior Independent Director for a further 3 years from the conclusion of the AGM on 12th January 2011. Alan Wood will take over as chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Colin Cooke, Chairman of Fenner commented "David Campbell was a much liked and respected man. He had served the Company well over the last 5 years and will be sorely missed by all his colleagues."
