Federal Grid Company Announces AGM
Moscow, 18 May 2016 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company"or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), operator of Russia's Unified National Electric Grid ("UNEG"), announces that its Board of Directors decided on 16 May 2016 that the Company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 11:00 (Moscow time) on 29 June 2016 in Moscow at "R&D Center "FGC UES", JSC, Kashirskoe shosse, 22, building 3, 2nd floor. Registration will be open at 09:30 am (Moscow time).
The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the AGM is 27 May 2016.
Additionally, the Board of Directors decided that it will meet no later than 26 May 2016 to consider matters related to preparation of the Annual General Meeting.

Federal Grid Company that forms a part of ROSSETI PJSC Group of companies is the operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid of Russia. The Company manages 139.1 th. km of power lines and has a total transforming capacity of more than 334.5 GVA.
