Fidessa group plc ("the Company") Director / PDMR shareholdings The Company has been informed that on 23rd December 2013: Chris Aspinwall, a director of the Company, called 1,442 ordinary shares in thecapital of the Company on the vesting of his 2010 awards under the Company'sShare Bonus Plan. 681 of the shares have been sold at 2268.5p. Following thisnotification his shareholding is 121,240 ordinary shares in the issued sharecapital of the Company, constituting 0.32% of the issued share capital. Mark Ames, a PDMR of the Company, called 1,443 ordinary shares in the capitalof the Company on the vesting of his 2010 awards under the Company's ShareBonus Plan. 598 of the shares have been sold at 2256.31p. Following thisnotification his shareholding is 158,363 ordinary shares in the issued sharecapital of the Company, constituting 0.42% of the issued share capital.
