Followingthis notification his shareholding is 85,756 ordinary shares in the issuedshare capital of the Company, constituting 0.23% of the issued share capital.

Alistair Cairns, a PDMR of the Company, called 1,487 ordinary shares in thecapital of the Company on the vesting of his 2009 awards under the Company'sShare Bonus Plan. 1,487 of the shares have been sold at 1756.00p. Followingthis notification his shareholding is 841 ordinary shares in the issued sharecapital of the Company, constituting 0.002% of the issued share capital.
