First Derivatives PLC14 November 2007 First Derivatives plc (the "Company") Exercise of Options The Board announces that, following the exercise of options by certainemployees, 43,333 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted. Accordingly, application has been made for the 43,333 new ordinary shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on20 November 2007. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of theCompany.
