Grant of Options to Directors

The Company announces that on 31 July 2009, on the recommendation of The Remuneration Committee, Graham Ferguson, Finance Director, was granted options over 175,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the "Options"). The Options are exercisable at 176.5 pence per ordinary share (being the closing mid market price on the date prior to grant) and may be exercised between 31 July 2012 and 31 July 2019.
