Director Shareholding Notification

The Board of First Derivatives (AIM:FDP.L, ESM:GYQ.I) announces that it has today been notified that Mr. Michael O'Neill, a Non Executive Director, earlier today sold 80,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Paul Phillips and his family interests, a First Derivatives Pty Ltd Director, at a price of 300 pence per share. In addition Mr O'Neill has sold 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company to Rob Hodgkinson, a First Derivatives Pty Ltd Director, also at a price of 300 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr O'Neill retains an interest in 840,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 5.38 per cent of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
