Director Shareholding

First Derivatives (AIM: FDP.L, ESM:FDP.I), a leading provider of software and consulting services to the capital markets industry, has been notified that Mr Keith MacDonald, Non Executive Director, yesterday acquired 10,000 First Derivatives shares at a price of 535 pence per share. The Company has also been notified by Mr Michael O'Neill, Non Executive Director and founder shareholder, that he also yesterday sold 10,000 shares in the Company at a price of 535 pence per share.

Following this transaction Mr MacDonald's shareholding is 10,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.06 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, while Mr O'Neill retains a holding 300,000 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.75 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
