Appointment and Directorate Change
FD (AIM: FDP.L, ESM: FDP.I) announces that it has appointed Jon Robson as an executive vice president to support the Group's growth and strategic development, particularly in North America. Jon is a former Chief Executive Officer of NYSE Technologies and previously held senior roles at Thomson Reuters Inc, including President of the Enterprise Division and CEO of Reuters America.
In taking up his appointment Jon has resigned from his role as a Non-Executive Director and Board member of FD, which he had held since 2015.
Seamus Keating, Chairman of FD, commented: "The Group is growing rapidly and Jon will help drive our strategic ambitions in important markets for our Kx technology and professional services. I thank Jon for his contribution as a Non-Executive Director and I am sure he will be a strong addition to the executive team."
