Transaction in Own Shares

FRONTIER DEVELOPMENTS PLC (AIM: FDEV, 'Frontier', the 'Company', or the 'Group') announces that on 12 September 2025 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") through Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the buyback programme announced on 08 July 2025.

The Company intends to place the purchased shares into Treasury.

Following settlement of the above purchases, Frontier has purchased a total of 1,492,592 Ordinary Shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and has 39,478,535 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are 1,492,592 shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore 37,985,943 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as it forms part of UK law), the schedule below contains detailed and aggregated information of the individual trades made by Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the buyback programme.
