Frontier Developments plcΒ (AIM: FDEV; "Frontier", the "Company"),Β a leading independent developer of video games with studios in Cambridge, UK and Halifax, Canada, publishes today an update on the development agreement with a major new global publishing partner, first announced in February 2014.

Frontier is delighted to announce that the major global publishing partner is Amazon Game Studios. Frontier is developing the exclusive original game, Tales from Deep Space, for the Kindle FireΒ using Frontier's proprietary 'Cobra' technology.

Tales from Deep SpaceΒ is a comic adventure set on Big Moon, the most eccentric space station in the galaxy. Players help E, a traveling salesman, and his loyal luggage drone CASI escape when Big Moon is thrown into lockdown.Β E and CASI must work together toΒ fight dangerous battles,Β solve fiendish puzzles andΒ unravel the nefarious plot behind the mysterious "Meek" uprising. Players can switch between E and CASI or play as each one individually in two-player connected co-op.
