Directors' Dealings
The Company was notified today that David Braben, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, disposed of 750,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 240.0 pence per share to meet institutional demand. Following this transaction, Mr Braben is interested in 17,160,953 Ordinary Shares, representing 50.3 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
