Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK's market leading independent energy and multi-utility Services provider, announces that it yesterday received notification from Martin Harrison, Chief Financial Officer, that on the same day he sold 128,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 28.00 pence per share. Following the sale, Martin Harrison has a beneficial interest in 208,538 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
