Fulcrum Utility Services Limited ("Fulcrum" or the "Company"), the UK's market leading independent multi-utility infrastructure and services provider, announces that it has today received notification from Stephen Gutteridge, Non-Executive Director, of the following dealing in ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). On 22 December 2016, Mr Gutteridge transferred 9,166 Ordinary Shares for nil consideration from his ISA to a SIPP (the "Transfer").
Following the Transfer, Mr Gutteridge's interest in Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 329,166 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.2% per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
