Results of Annual General Meeting

First Class Metals Plc ("FCM" or "the Company") (LSE: FCM), the UK metals exploration company seeking large scale metal discoveries across its extensive Ontario land holding, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.
