Results of Annual General Meeting

 

First Class Metals Plc ("FCM" or "the Company") (LSE: FCM), the UK metals exploration company seeking large scale metal discoveries across its extensive Ontario land holding, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday, all resolutions proposed were duly passed.

The full text of each resolution was included in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting published on the 7th of June 2023 and made available on the Company's website
