Completion of the disposal of the Nicole Farhi business

Further to French Connection's previous announcements relating to the proposed disposal of the Nicole Farhi business ("the Disposal"), the Company now confirms that all of the pre-completion conditions as set out in the sale agreement for the Disposal have been satisfied and that, consequently, completion of the Disposal took place today, 2 July 2010.
