French Connection Group plc ("the Company") today confirms that it was notified on 13 March 2014 that Adam Castleton, Group Finance Director, had on 13 March 2013, in London, purchased 42,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 59.0p per ordinary share. Following this purchase, Adam Castleton now holds 75,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
