Declaration of Interim Dividend

 

finnCap Group plc (AIM: FCAP) (the "Company") announces that following the Court approval for its capital reduction as announced on the 15 January 2019, the Board has today declared a dividend of 0.148p per ordinary share of 1p each. The dividend will be paid to shareholders on 15 March 2019 with an associated record date of 1 February 2019 and ex-dividend date of 31 January 2019.
