With effect from 23rd May 2016, Ulster Bank Ireland Limited (the "Bank") became a Designated Activity Company (DAC) as required by the Companies Act 2014 and altered its name to Ulster Bank Ireland DAC.
The Bank will continue to use its existing trading names.
