Director's Disclosure

Further to the its announcement of 29 March 2019 ("Announcement"), FireAngel (AIM: FA.), one of Europe's leading developers and suppliers of home safety products, announces that, due to an administrative error, the number of FireAngel ordinary shares purchased by John Conoley as disclosed in the Announcement was understated by 7,000 shares.

Following this clarification, John Conoley has confirmed that his total interest in the Company comprises 68,181 shares, representing approximately 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
