Completion of freehold acquisition in Ipswich
easyHotel, the owner, developer, operator and franchisor of "super budget" branded hotels, confirms that the acquisition of the freehold of 3-5 Northgate Street in Ipswich has completed.
As previously announced, easyHotel was granted planning permission for a 94-room hotel in August 2016. The hotel is expected to open by July 2017.
