2016 Annual General Meeting

23 May 2016 - Exillon Energy plc, Exillon Energy plc ("Exillon Energy", the "Company" or the "Group") (EXI.LN), a London Premium listed oil producer with assets in two oil-rich regions of Russia, Timan-Pechora ("Exillon TP") and West Siberia ("Exillon WS"), announces that the 2016 AGM Notice will be available on the Company's website, www.exillonenergy.com. 

An electronic copy of the above document has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do. A hard copy of the AGM Notice and Form of Proxy will be posted to shareholders.

The AGM will be held at the offices of Padva, Haslam-Jones & Partners LLP, Hamilton House,1 Temple Avenue, London, EC4Y 0HA on Thursday, 23 June 2016, at 11.00 am.
