Issue of Warrants
The Company has agreed to issue 461,509,020 warrants to both Sean Nicolson and Peter Read as part of their remuneration terms ("Warrants"). The Warrants are exercisable at 0.012p per ordinary share and have an expiry date of 31 July 2020. The Warrants are in addition to the warrants issued to them pursuant to their subscription to the placing that took place earlier this month ("Placing Warrants").
Sean Nicolson now has an interest in 570,520,833 Ordinary Shares (2.47% of the total voting rights of the Company), 461,509,020 Warrants and 41,666,666 Placing Warrants.
Peter Read now has an interest in 166,666,666 Ordinary Shares (0.72% of the total voting rights of the Company), 461,509,020 Warrants and 41,666,666 Placing Warrants.
