19 December 2008 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Directorate Change
The Company announces that Efraim Bazia, Finance Director, will step down from the Board with effect from 31 December 2008. Mr Bazia's services as Finance Director have, to date, been provided by Nisko Projects Electronics & Communications (1990) Ltd ("Nisko"), the Company's largest shareholder. Mr Bazia also acts as Chief Financial Officer of Nisko and has decided to leave to pursue other business interests.
The Company is currently searching for a replacement for Mr Bazia. Until a suitable candidate is found, Mr Bazia will act as a consultant to the Company in the interim period.
The Board wishes to thank Mr Bazia for his valuable contribution to iPoint.
