Not for release, publication or distribution in or into or from the United States, Canada, Australia or Japan 21 February 2007 iPoint-media plc ("iPoint" or the "Company") Recommended all share offer for All New Video Plc ("ANV") made by John East & Partners on behalf of iPoint ("Offer") Additional listing
Following the announcement on 15 February 2007, iPoint announces that it has received, since the first closing date of the Offer, further valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of 5,592,245 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 6.47 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital. Accordingly iPoint has issued, conditional on admission, 710,120 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each.
iPoint has now received valid acceptances of the Offer in respect of a total of 82,009,056 shares in the capital of ANV representing, approximately 94.91 per cent. of ANV's total issued share capital.
Application has been made for 710,120 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 22 February 2007.
