Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Further to the vesting of shares as at 25 May 2016 under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan for 2013, 2014 and for 2015, the Company was advised on the same date of the following changes to the interests of the current Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company's ordinary shares of USD 1.00 each ("Shares"):
