TR-1: Notification of Major Interests in Shares

The Evolution Group Plc (the "Company") announces that it received notification yesterday from Norges Bank that in accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, on 18 November 2011 Norge Bank had increased their direct holding of voting rights in the Company from 9,249,858 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Shares") to 9,462,415 Shares representing 4.07% of the issued Shares of the Company.
This notification is in respect of an increase in voting rights above the 4% threshold and follows the announcement on 4 November 2011 notifying the increase in the Norge Bank holding to 6,999,768 Shares, above the 3% threshold .
