Directors' Shareholdings
The Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution" or the "Company"), the listed investment bank and private client investment management group, announces that Capita Share Plan Services (the "Trustee") in its capacity as the trustee of The Evolution Group Plc Employee Share Incentive Plan Trust (the "Plan"), had on 6 September 2011 purchased 26,056 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Partnership Shares") at a price of 92 pence per share. Evolution had today allotted 26,056 Ordinary Shares of 1p each credited as fully paid at 92 pence per share to the Trustee as "matching shares" under the terms of the Plan.
The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Plan.
The total purchase and issue for the Plan included the following shares in respect of the following directors:
