Everfor Resources Plc ("Everfor", or the "Company"), announces that on 26 August 2008 it received a notification given in fulfilment of the obligations imposed under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure Transparency Rules by Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited, that it is interested in 275,000 or 5.56% of the Ordinary shares of 1p each of Everfor Resources Plc. Client holdings registered in the name of nominee companies are 100% owned by Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited.

Prior to this announcement, Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management Limited held no interest in the Ordinary shares of Everfor Resources Plc.
