Substantial Shareholder Notice

Ferrum Crescent, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted iron ore developer, today announces that it has received a substantial shareholder's notice from Alan Gordon Jenks.
The notice is dated 14 November 2014 and states that the shareholder has acquired fully paid ordinary shares and on that date crossed the threshold of 11%. The shareholding has increased from 39,129,911 to 58,155,051 and thereby reached 11.91% of the voting rights of the Company.
