Ferrum Crescent, the ASX, AIM and JSE quoted metals project developer, announces that on 3 May 2016 it was notified by Grassroots Exploration Pty Limited ("Grassroots Exploration") (a company controlled by Mr Alan Jenks) that it no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.
This follows a recent distribution in specie of Grassroots Exploration's shareholding in Ferrum Crescent to its underlying individual members' accounts, a number of whom have continued to demonstrate strong support and continued interest in the Company's activities, most recently participating in the Company's equity fundraising announced on 27 April 2016.
