Change of Directors Interest

Ferrum Crescent announces that on 07 November 2011 Bob Hair's, Managing Director of Ferrum Crescent, indirect interest in the Company increased following the purchase of 380,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of AUD 0.086 by Camcove Pty Ltd as trustee for the Hair Superannuation Fund. Bob Hair is a beneficiary of the Hair Superannuation Fund. Following the purchase, Bob Hair now has a beneficial interest in 5,045,310 Ordinary Shares representing 1.69% of the total issued share capital.
