Europa Metals, the European focused lead, zinc and silver developer, announces the resignation of director and CEO, Mr Laurence Read, effective 2 February 2022. Mr Read has resigned from the Board of the Company and all of his subsidiary appointments with effect from that date, to pursue other opportunities. Executive Chairman, Mr Myles Campion, has accordingly assumed the role of interim-CEO with immediate effect.
Commenting today, Myles Campion, interim CEO and Chairman of Europa Metals, said:
