Extension of WarrantΒ ApplicationΒ Period
Further to the announcement of 10 June 2009 the Company confirms that itΒ has extended the period by which eligible shareholders can apply for theΒ Shareholders Warrants (defined below) offered as part of the proposals to restructure the Company conditional on approval of the proposed resolutions at the Company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The Shareholders Warrants are offered on the basis ofΒ one warrant to subscribe for oneΒ newΒ ordinaryΒ shareΒ of 0.1pΒ Β exercisable at 1p within a period ofΒ nine monthsΒ for each three existing ordinary sharesΒ of 5p each in the capital of the CompanyΒ held on theΒ WarrantΒ Record Date (being 29 June 2009) (the "Shareholders Warrants").
The original date for returning the application form for the Shareholder Warrants, as set out in the announcement dated 10 June 2009, was 26 June 2009. However, by a letter dispatched to all shareholders today, the Company confirmed that the date for returning the application forms for the Shareholder Warrants has been extended to 29 June 2009.
