Eurasia Mining PLC13 December 2006 13 December 2006 EURASIA MINING PLC Allotment of Shares On 12 December 2006 the board of Eurasia Mining plc (the "Company") approved thefollowing allotment of ordinary shares of 5p in the share capital of the Company("Ordinary Shares") in lieu of interest due from the Company to holders ofUnsecured Convertible Redeemable Loan Notes (the "Allotment"): Shareholder Number of Shares issued Gary Fitzgerald 48,438Christian Schaffalitzky 48,438Michael Martineau 20,164 Application will be made for the Ordinary Shares created pursuant to theAllotment (the "New Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to AIM and they areexpected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 19 December 2006. The total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company, including the NewOrdinary Shares, is now 140,856,107 ordinary shares.
