Directors Dealings
The Company confirms today that it has issued 20,045,086 Ordinary Shares (the "Warrant Shares") following the exercise of certain warrants.
Of the Warrant Shares,15,058,908 warrants have been exercised by directors of the Company, the details of which are summarised below:

Application has been made to admit the Warrant Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in the Warrant Shares are expected to commence on 8 February 2011.
Following the issue of the Warrant Shares the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 618,778,877 and consequently the total number of voting rights in the Company is 618,778,877. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
