Further output agreement signed with Summit Entertainment
Entertainment One Ltd. (LSE: ETO), the international entertainment group, is pleased to announce that it has signed a three-year output agreement to distribute Summit films in all media across Australia and New Zealand.
It is anticipated that under this agreement, eOne will release six to eight films annually in these territories, beginning with Summit's next film going into production.
eOne, which gained its presence in Australia earlier this year through its acquisition of Hopscotch, has had a successful output relationship with Summit for the UK and Canada since 2007. The Company renewed multiyear output agreements in both territories in May 2011.
