Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 the Company advises that:
As at 31 July 2015, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 30,864,117 ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each. This figure includes 808,531 shares which are held by Corvina Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which are treated as if they were shares held in Treasury and 1,446,271 shares held by the Employee Benefits Trust which are traditionally not voted upon.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 28,609,444. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
Shares in the Company are traded on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange and the ISDX Growth Market of the ICAP Securities & Derivatives Exchange.
