Dividend Declaration

Further to the Full Year Results announcement dated 28 March 2019, the Group provides the following correction in respect of the dividend calendar.

Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend will be paid on 7 June 2019, and the ex-dividend date and associated record date will be 9 May and 10 May 2019 respectively (as opposed to 10 May and 11 May 2019, as previously announced).

The Company will hold its Annual General Meeting on 28 May 2019 at Stretton Green Distribution Park, Appleton, Warrington.
