The Company has been notified that, on 12 April 2019, Stephen Harley, Non-executive Director, and his wife, each acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a price of 99 pence per ordinary share.
Following the above purchases, Stephen Harley and persons closely associated with him hold 30,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
